How to Submit a Request
To exercise your right to opt out, please email me directly at cliniqacademy@gmail.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request.” You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you do, we may require proof of authorization.

When you submit a request, we may ask for limited information to verify your identity and ensure we process your request correctly. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by law.
